Mattress by Appointment West Vancouver WA

I am just going to say that Susan is an angel sent from God to my life. She is absolutely incredible, great customer service, empathy to the max and compassionate. . She allowed me to come to Mattress by appointment when we had the snow storm, she helped me pick out the best mattress she had, she helped with being able to actually purchase it and not only that her husband delivered my box springs at like 8pm to Beaverton. Like literally the best people out there. Thank you so much Susan for my new beginning!

Melinda is absolutely wonderful. She is the owner of this business and she operates it so you know for certain you will get the quality service you are looking for. Great, reasonable prices with no hassles. It'll be a long time before we have to see her again but when we are in search for another mattress we are certainly coming back to "Mattress by appointment". Meeting Melinda felt like meeting a long distant best friend.

Had a wonderful experience with Melinda! Purchased an excellent mattress for a very reasonable price! Thankyou so much!

Responded back within 5 minutes. Answered all our questions and was very patient with our beautiful 93 year old aunt. She offered a discount and even helped us load the mattress. We are very happy with our purchase.

The customer service was top notch! She listened to both mine and my husband’s needs in order to help choose a mattress most suited for our family. Was very compassionate, friendly and professional! Since it is by appointment only, everything was very customer oriented and she was able to focus on us completely! Thank you!
