I am just going to say that Susan is an angel sent from God to my life. She is absolutely incredible, great customer service, empathy to the max and compassionate. . She allowed me to come to Mattress by appointment when we had the snow storm, she helped me pick out the best mattress she had, she helped with being able to actually purchase it and not only that her husband delivered my box springs at like 8pm to Beaverton. Like literally the best people out there. Thank you so much Susan for my new beginning!

Great, reasonable prices with no hassles. It'll be a long time before we have to see her again but when we are in search for another mattress we are certainly coming back to "Mattress by appointment". Meeting Melinda felt like meeting a long distant best friend.
