I went in to Mattress by appointment just to look around and Jeremy was so knowledgeable about the mattresses that I ended up buying one from him and let me tell you this mattress I got from him is absolutely comfortable the wife and I got a well deserved good night sleep and their are plenty more to come in the months ahead. I will definitely be back to buy from Jeremy again

I really appreciated Jeremy’s professionalism and the quality of his mattresses, very satisfied with my purchase. His metal frames/box spring is really a much nicer quality than other products out there, 20 year warranty on the mattress!

What a superb experience to work directly with the owner— a boutique mattress shop Jeramy does everything and. Ring personally invested— be assured you will alway get the best service, pice and most important a high quality mattress that will offer amazing sleeping experiences for years to come…. More info if yiu want to read on about my experience helping my elderly mother…, But first a little personal editorial—- Looking at the other reviews I could not figure out why there wasn’t five perfect stars but as I read through other reviews DITTO. To all that have been previously written with 5 stars. Side note—Isn’t it funny that in ALL the reviews there’s only one tiny little negative everything about this place is positive, quality products-fantastic product and Platinum Customer care‼️ that-one and only negative review the one who refused to give a star— pretty obvious that this person is a generally unhappy person and probably naturally negative, because Jeremy was fabulous to work with and I watched him work with a couple different people with varied needs in mattresses and he treats all with kindness and professionalism—Jeramy didn’t rush his attention when other customers were coming in— he greeted each but continued to focus on who he was currently helping/serving. I’ve been meaning to write a review for a couple of months now but that just shows how good the service was and how good the product is because it’s still on my mind to get it done. We were in a rush situation needing a mattress for my mom who is 81 she has not had a new mattress in decades anyway it was hard to convince her to get one but we went in the store Jeramy was so kind and so helpful he checked out all of her different needs (physically) from the softness to the height we did measuring, checked for perfect comfort. I didn’t know there was so much to know about mattresses, but Jeremy is SOOO. Knowledgeable about every mattress he has I. Stock. He knows how to match peoples needs.with the right mattress and within budget. Mom needed extra care and yet we were rushed as she was in the middle of a move to a retirement place and had no mattress so she had to have it that day. Jeremy was so accommodating, patient and helpful. Mom found the most comfortable mattress which can be difficult at her age when everything hurts. But, we picked out an absolutely wonderful mattress it was delivered and made up and great. However there was one BIG hitch when we got the mattress home and it turned out that with the new bed the mattress was just far too high and was a safety concern—while normally mattress are not returnable, mom didn’t sleep on it over the weekend until we could get ahold of Jeremy during business hours.we called Jeramy and he immediately was willing to work with us he met mom back at his shop and helped her pick out a smaller mattress of equal quality. After finishing all his commitments to his other customers for the day. After hours he personally brought the new mattress to mom, removed the first mattress brought in the new one in and set it for her and checked everything to make sure it would suite her. SUMARY : doing business with “Matress by Appointment “ was a total home run‼️

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Family owned, Jeremy is absolutely professional, courteous and super customer service oriented. He has a straight forward small business model with great quality products. I am super happy with my purchase and was able to get easy finance! I was able to test the mattress and have it in my Outback the same day! I purchased the Perma Sleep Supreme Comfort which is made in the USA, which was a must have for me. Great prices, easy purchasing and excellent customer service for brand new mattress and bed frame and pillow! I can't wait to go to sleep tonight! Thank you Jeramy! :)

My wife and I were badly in need of a new mattress, so we went to Jeremy the mattress guy. He gave us an incredible deal on a mattress, no pressure sales approach, very courteous and respectful overall. We've been sleeping on cloud 9 ever since, thanks Jeremy!
