Sleep Number

I’ve been shopping for a new bed and was planning to order online, but I decided to visit the Sleep Number store in Murray, UT instead. I ended up working with a sales agent named Tom, and he was incredibly professional. He listened to exactly what my husband and I were looking for, and without any pressure, he recommended the perfect mattress for us. If you are shopping for a new mattress go asked for Tom and he got you covered. He is the best!!

Best experience with a salesperson EVER! Mass Richard is awesome he’s very knowledgeable and personable. He didn’t hound us he just assisted us. I love the no pressure! This is our second sleep number we have recommended sleep number to many many of our friends.

The people were nice and friendly, but we were super disappointed because when we first went in Michelle told us we were in luck because it was the last day of their Memorial day sale (and we were under that impression because of their advertising for their extended sale and huge SALE signs), but most of all, she did mention it and specifically told us that everything would be an additional 30% off. As we got to check out she realized that it ended a day earlier. She did apologize, but it was still really disappointing. She also mentioned that we could get an additional 5% off if someone referred us so I told her that my grandpa had a sleep number and told us we should get one, but she just said oh. I guess I don't know either way if that technically qualifies, but under the circumstances it would have been like the least they could do. The bed set up itself is cool, but it's definitely not the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on so it's somewhat disappointing.

We had such a great experience working with Tom at the Sleep Number store in Murray, UT. From the moment we walked in, Tom made us feel completely taken care of. He helped us compare different beds, find the one that was truly right for us, and walked us through discovering our individual Sleep Numbers. Even when other customers came into the store, we never once felt rushed or overlooked. Tom balanced everything effortlessly and made sure all our questions were answered. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping people make the best decision for their sleep. Thanks to Tom, we left confident and excited about our purchase. Highly recommend asking for Tom if you're shopping at the Murray Sleep Number location!

The minute we wake in, we were greeted by Tom. He listened to my needs and which model I wanted. He didn't try pushing us into buying a more expensive one. He right away found what Sleep Number is best for me. He helped us get everything that we needed. He was very friendly and very fun to interact with. The whole time we were in the store all of the team members were very friendly to us. Thank you Tom!
