Ended up moving unexpectedly and realized late at night that I had no bed. Every other mattress store was already closed, but I called Rob around 9:30 PM and he told me to come through. I was at the store within 20 minutes, picked out a mattress, and had it home with me by 10:30 PM. That level of service is hard to find anywhere. The mattress was affordable, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Seriously, where else can you buy a bed around 10 at night? Highly recommend Mattress By Appointment Philadelphia if you want people who actually care and go out of their way to help.

Been having back problems. Read that I should replace my old mattress (9 yrs) with a firm one. Saw Rob and he showed me a few suggestions. Tested them and picked an obvious winner. Rob was so accommodating on Sunday, no less, on Mother’s Day!! Called him in the morning and he was happy to meet with us a few hrs later. Top of the line mattress - great price!!! Go see them.
