He called me exactly when he said he would, the delivery team arrived on time, and were able to get my order up two flights of stairs and where I wanted it in what felt like less than an hour. Couldn't be happier!
View on GooglePrices very high for medium quality . I've been familiar with them for over 30yrs & I NEVER gave in & purchased furniture from them . If anyone chooses to purchase items there it's their choice but I don't see anyone doing that unless they just don't care about spending $$ and/or need the furniture very bad. Because of the community makeup I think they overprice.
View on GoogleWe bought a bunk bed and a nice sofa. We put down some down payment and delivery was scheduled in a week. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and needed to cancel the transaction. We called and explained the whole thing. Our money was refunded in full amount, no fuss. We offered to pay a little inconvenience fee for his time, but he refused. This place is definitely run by someone with a golden heart, who never hesitate to help others, mostly in uncertain time like this. Thank you, Howard!
View on GoogleIt's been around for years I mean years, my parents shopped there and now me also. You can't stay in business that long if you don't have community trust and that's what they have. It's a real good reasonable place for quick furniture.
