Mattress by Appointment Rio Rancho NM

My experience with Mike, the owner, was fantastic! He was very down to earth on his recommendations and was not a pushy sales man. I got a very nice pillow top at a price that would have cost way more in a multinational matress store… believe me, I went to visit other stores!! I got same day delivery from the owner, no middle man delivery driver. I’m very happy and satisfied with my experience at this store! Remember… you spend 8 continuous hours on your matress every single day, invest in your sleep quality!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service, Perfect Timing, and Great Prices! I had an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, the service was exceptional—professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Mike delivered exactly what I needed right on time, without a single delay or complication. It’s rare these days to find a business that truly values both punctuality and quality, but he nailed it. On top of that, the pricing was extremely fair and competitive. I genuinely feel like I received outstanding value for the level of service provided. It’s clear that Mike takes pride in his work and he genuinely cares about his customers. I highly recommend Mike at Mattress by Appointment Rio Rancho to anyone looking for excellent service, reliable timeliness, and unbeatable prices. It is worth the drive and I’ll definitely be telling all of my family and friends and returning in the future!

We are absolutely loving our Brooklyn Pillow Top! It’s incredibly comfortable and the cover protector is a must have on any mattress. The quality is amazing!! The prices are truly the best in town. Highly recommend purchasing from this Rio rancho store. Mike has a very nice selection to choose from and made it such a great experience from start to finish! Thanks Mike for making our purchased restful! We are on day 2 of sleeping comfortably!

***Read me first***It's not too often that you meet a business owner that is not always about the bottom line but cares for people & having a great heart, being patient & explaining things even if it has to be done more than once without an attitude is a gift in itself. Mike has, an amazing attitude & a great show of character. His stock is quality material & he has everything you need & will carry new stuff soon as well. If you are in the business for a new mattress trust me you'll love it here.

If I could 6 stars, I would. We saw an ad on Facebook, and like most I’m sure, were a little skeptical. However, what we experienced far exceeded our expectations. Mike made it so easy and stress free for us. We are waiting for our house to be done, and Mike was more than accommodating with our timeline and didn’t pressure us into buying something we didn’t want. He spent the time carefully explaining the benefits of each mattress and we ultimately chose the Eden Pillow Top mattress, even added in a few pillows and bedding. Couldn’t be happier that we chose to set up an appointment with him. I will absolutely be a repeat customer. I encourage everyone to at least give them a look if you don’t want to spend an arm and a leg at a big box store.
