Mattress Firm

I haven’t bought a new mattress in decades, but the Memorial Day Sale pricing at Purple (and this retailer Mattress Firm, Rio Rancho) was too good to pass up. We went in specifically looking at Purple, and we were able to compare their top product line with traditional models easily. A mattress is one of those things I just can't buy without comparing, then touching and laying on it ... The Mattress Firm showroom itself was a pleasant surprise—it was clean and with wide straight aisles, which made navigating the store with my visually impaired friend very comfortable. We didn’t have to worry about dangerous fixtures or spaces cluttered or crammed by floor models. If you go to this Mattress Firm Store, ask for Jacob! He was sharp, intelligent, and very personable. His sales approach wasn’t pushy or demanding at all; he was the complete opposite of the 'sales-vultures' you usually run into with large purchases. He kept us well-informed and helped us make a realistic decision. Then to top it off, Jacob ensured our new set was delivered that very same day, exactly as advertised. This was an awesome experience from starting online to final sale at this retail store. Highly recommend!

Not pushy to make a sale, we told them what we were looking for and what our max price we were willing to spend and they showed us what was available. Xavior and Jacob were very perfessional and didn't rush us. Paperwork took maybe 20 minutes if that and we were on our way. The delivery men were so nice and quickly took our old mattress out and put in the new one in about 5 minutes. I will definitely buy from this store again. Thank you for making our sleep more comfortable.

Jacob was truly a sleep expert! We came in with a good idea of what we wanted and Jacob helped us understand the difference in how each mattress is designed, benefits of each feature and truly listened to what we were looking for while offering suggestions along the way. Ultimately, we ended up going with one of his recommendations over what we thought we wanted. Best part…delivered next day! Amazing experience, highly recommend!

Outstanding experience with Jacob. We needed a bed quickly for our son’s new home in Rio Rancho, NM. Jacob took my call late on a Wednesday night and we had a great bed and platform delivered Friday morning. Affordable, friendly, helpful, I don’t have enough good words to describe Jacob’s customer service. He even helped me update my apps on my phone!!

Jacob was my salesperson, and his assistant were extremely helpful and helping me select the correct mattress. They were both very efficient I was pleased with my whole experience and purchasing my mattress. The delivery guys Mike and his helper were also excellent fast, professional, courteous , very effici, ent, again, I was very pleased with the whole process.
