Victor made the buying process easy and seamless! I just gave him a call and set up a time. He has a great selection of mattresses and was super fast with delivery. Couldn't be happier with the experience :)
View on GoogleVic helped with picking out 2 king size beds. Answered all questions, was very knowledgeable about all beds for different sleep types. He went over and above customer service, helping to remove the old beds and deliver the new ones in addition to helping me giveaway all my bedroom furniture to the Lake Christian Ministries. The beds are awesome! Very comfortable! Highly recommend Mattress by appointment with Vic.

It's great to deal with a local small business who really knows his stuff. His delivery was at our convenience and quick and easy. We love our new mattress set. His prices are great and you get to support your local community members.

We appreciated the simplicity of our shopping experience and quickly selected a quality mattress. Delivery and set-up, including hauling away our old mattress and box spring was completed as promised. Overall, we had a great mattress buying experience. View on GoogleMy wife and I were very pleased that we selected Mattress by Appointment at Smith Mtn Lake. Initially it was because of being so close. We were prepared to shop many mattress shops that day but after looking at 4 or 5 mattresses and having Victor explain the differences we didn't feel the need to look any further. Victor was very knowledgeable and best of all not pushy. He let us do the selecting. The mattress is high quality and was delivered and set up as promised. We only had to write the check and were pleased with the price. If we needed more we wouldn't hesitate to use Mattress by Appointment again. Excellent service.
