Parker was a delight! He explained exactly what we had hoped to learn about the manufacture quality of the mattresses we enjoyed and helped us make a decision the best fit our lifestyle & sleep habits. Great small talk and made a great price for us. My husband and I get to come home to a new bed, a mattress protector, new bed frame, and a great comfort exchange plan in case we change our minds. A huge headache we've been dreading to manage gone in just an hour. We couldn't have expected a better first time mattress retailer experience. I will highly recommend this Mattress Center USA location to my friends in the area- and it was worth the 40 minute drive from San Tan.

We bought a mattress in August with no issues, we were told that if the mattress doesn’t work as expected, we can always exchange it and try another one. We can do this 4x in two years without questions ask, we just have to purchase a $100 mattress protector just in case we have to return it. Which we did. We came back today to exchange it and were told that we have to pay $169.99 delivery fee this time(we picked it up the last time since we live close to the store). We were not given any options since it was apparently their store policy. Somebody has to deliver and at the same time inspect the mattress that we have right now, something that was not disclosed to us when we purchased it. They are free to inspect it but I don’t think I deserve to be charged $169.99 for delivery if we can pick it up ourselves. I definitely would not recommend this store. My husband and I were so disappointed.

SO happy with my experience at Mattress Center USA. Brian is a true expert in his field. He was able to help us make an educated decision on what was right for us. There was no pushing to make a decision. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thank you again Brian and Parker!

We recently purchased a new mattress from Mattress Center USA and couldn't be happier with the experience. We shopped around at various mattress stores, but the experience at Mattress Center was quite different. First of all, our sales associate, Parker, has got to be the most knowledgeable person I know regarding mattresses. There are too many reasons to list to qualify that statement, but trust me...the guy knows his stuff. On top of that, he was extremely professional and friendly. There was never a time when I felt we were being 'led' to a specific choice or pressured into buying anything. In the end, we were very happy with our purchase, very happy with the experience, and have no problem at all recommending Mattress Center USA (specifically Parker) to anyone looking to purchase a new mattress.

My wife and I came in to mattress Center USA at Gilbert & Baseline three different times. First to look, then to try our top two choices out one more time, and finally to make the purchase (we went to three other mattress stores also while looking for a new mattress). Last two times there, we worked with Brian. He had bought the store from the old owners about a year ago he said. He was great. He honored a deal that the other gentleman had offered us there three weeks before during a sale - and he gave us that sale price on a newer model of the bed, so we saved lots of money! He gave us lots of good information and had his opinions on the mattresses, but was never a pushy salesman at all. Highly recommend using Mattress Center USA
