Fantastic experience in store. Melissa was incredibly knowledgeable, knew the answers to every question we had and was no pressure at all. We have been through 3 mattresses in 10 years and believe with the 100 day trial we have finally found a hybrid mattress we love. If you are out shopping for mattresses , do yourself a favor and ensure you stop here before you make your final decision. They had everything in stock so we could take it home and use it the same night! Sleep tight!

It was a pleasure doing business here. We walked in and tried both mattress types and decided that we liked the Mint best. A few minutes with paperwork and payment and we were out of there in less than an hour. A couple days later our mattress arrived and we were set. We are very happy with the mattress and how easy it was to choose and order.

Tristan was so incredibly knowledgeable on each product and helped match our desire for natural fibers with durability to their hemp sheet products while helping us understand their satisfaction guarantee program! Amira helped get our info for when things were back in stock. Amazing customer service and super clean store front. Highly recommend the silk pillowcase and Hemp sheets!

I called to confirm that the Gilbert store still carried the original foam pillows in the store. I was told yes they were. I had noticed online that there was a flash sale going on but I was told it ended the day I called. I was not going to be able to come to store until the next day. I was told by Kye that she would alert the other employees I was coming and to honor the sale. I went to the store and as soon as I said I had called the day before about a pillow, Amira referred to me by name, honored the sale and handled everything efficiently and in a friendly manner. Can’t wait to sleep on my pillow. My old T & N pillow is 7 years old.

We've bought three T & N mattresses, toppers and bedding at the Gilbert store in the past two years, for ourselves and our adult children. The mattresses are exceptional and so is the service at this location. The employees here are knowledgeable and so very helpful. I won't ever sleep on any other brand mattress again.
