Our sales person Beatrice was very helpful and we love the Tallulah sofa we purchased. A great value. When the sofa was delivered and unwrapped, there was a little bit of dirt on it from the factory, which can happen. The real test of company is how they handle it. They immediately offered to replace the entire sofa and shout out to AJ in customer service who got off the customer chatline and called me directly and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Impressive company, and very fashionable products!

Go To place for a variety of furniture needs. I was searching for a couch and loveseat combo. Most furniture stores are selling huge sectionals. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, I was able to custom order the sofa fabric and matching throw pillows. A Win/Win scenario! Helpful sales staff without being pushy - Bonus!

My husband and I went in to look for a dining set. Aliana(not sure of spelling) helped us. She was so nice and helpful. We had one more place to check before we made a decision. Later I went back and she was on a call so Nick said he could help me if I didn’t mind. He made it painless and a great experience. Both of them have great customer service. Price was great. It was on clearance or maybe that means on sale. It’s not our main dining room table and I’m sure we will like it. We will definitely go back because of them. We get our set tomorrow.

Tonight I ventured into this location to look over a TV stand that I was looking to purchase for my living room. Megan joined me in the back of the store where they're displayed & was great in helping me decide if the one I had chosen on the website was what would work. She was friendly, patiently answered all of my questions, and, when I made the final decision to purchase the TV stand, it was all done on a digital pad on the spot. Because of her help, I was in & out in under ten minutes. I love Living Spaces! P.S. All of the furniture in my living room, dining room & master bedroom are all from Living Spaces. Is it a bit pricier than other furniture chains? Oh, sure. Is it built with high quality materials & craftmanship? Definitely. Will it last forever? Absolutely.

We made a purchase at the end of January and the store associate was very helpful in assisting us about a bed frame that we wanted. The turnaround time for delivery that day was extremely fast. We purchased it around noon on Saturday and was able to get it delivered next day. They dropped it off at our door and were super helpful. We had a good experience so we went to hopefully purchase a couch this past weekend. They didn’t have any great options that I was looking for and some of the colors were horrendous. It was going alright at first, I showed the store associate the couch I was looking for and although they didn’t have it, she showed around the store for some options. None of the options she showed us, remotely even matched the couch we were looking for. It was truly disappointing, it seemed as if she was just showing us random sectionals. I ended up finding a sofa that looked similar to the couch we were looking for, but we were looking for a large sectional. We were almost ready to buy a sectional that was adequate enough for us but then the store manager and the associate we were talking to start getting kind of weird. We explained that we were desperate for a couch after our given situation (we ordered a couch from a different store, 4 weeks in advance, delivery got pushed back a week, and then when we received it, it was damaged, ended up canceling that order and going to look for one in person that we could pick up ASAP). We wanted to pickup/get delivery as soon as possible. They told us that we could pick up next day, but we wouldn’t want to do that because it’s all the way in Phoenix and we live in East Mesa. We already said we didn’t mind because we were extremely desperate for a couch. They kept trying to push delivery. Then they said oh it’s more expensive for delivery on Sunday/Monday than it is for Wednesday. They made it seem like they wanted us to get delivery on Wednesday (we were there on Saturday) when we already said that we couldn’t wait for a couch any longer. It was a good experience at first until it came down to almost purchasing the couch. Then I said I was going to look at another furniture store because I didn’t really LOVE any of the options at Living Spaces and then the store manager seemed to want to make it seem like availability was going to be an issue if we left for an hour to go look elsewhere. He said that “well if you leave and look somewhere else, I can’t guarantee that when you come back it’ll be in stock anymore because someone might take the wedge or the LAF sofa, so it would need to be purchased now to guarantee full stock”. I said I didn’t really want to commit to the sectional because it was an okay one that would work, but I was over the moon about it. Our second time visit to that place just seemed off. We purchased our bed frame from here and we absolutely loved that. It’s a beautiful piece and something I had been eyeing already for a couple months.
