Kobi was our rep and he made our experience buying two beds perfect. He's top-notch. He listened and asked questions about what we wanted, and he had an ease to him that helped us feel very comfortable. He wasn't pushy at all. He knew his stuff. We didn't feel "sold to" and in the end, after some enjoyable conversation along the way, we simply chose the mattresses we wanted, and he put it all together for us. Five stars for sure!

View on GoogleI purchased a Mattress Firm mattress at State Fair. I was not happy with the salesperson, Juan, or the mattress I purchased. He was not transparent about all the additional costs. Soon after, I visited a few Mattress Firm locations searching for another mattress before my trial period reached expiration on the mattress I purchased through Juan. I struggled with all the options presented by other salespersons at the different locations until I visited the Knox/Henderson location. Nathan had me try several mattresses, not pushing the most expensive mattress. He was patient, transparent, and helpful. He made sure I was happy with my choice and he made my mattress exchange easy. Two weeks later. I am loving my second new mattress! Thank you, Nathan!
