What can I say? This is the only place I will buy a mattress and Lois is the only person I will buy it from. She is on her twenty fifth year working here and is the best! She really deserves a lot of recognition and higher pay for holding on for so long at this job. I have purchased at least eight mattresses, over a few years from here and from Lois, including one or two for other people that needed them. I also bought a few lamps and other things. This is a great store and they sell high quality, mattresses and furnitures. Lois is a great salesperson and a great representative of the company, so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you and chat soon, as soon as i'm ready for my next mattressespecially! This visit was for 2 twins and 2 full size mattresses for my bunk beds!
View on GoogleWe had the best experience with Mattress Direct in North Myrtle Beach. Louise was very pleasant and helpful. She was very accommodating, considering that we called her on Saturday 12/17 with an urgent need for a mattress before Christmas on account of another "not so friendly" NMB mattress company canceling our mattress delivery at the 11th hour. Louise took our order over the phone on Saturday afternoon for a Monday 12/19 delivery. The gentleman who delivered the mattress was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Mattress Direct, they are a local business and deliver on time, plus their prices are very competitive and carry a variety of high quality mattress brands.

I was shopping for a particular mattress to suit my needs and body type to which they definitely helped me out above and beyond with numerous options to pay. I must also note that they are one of the few, if not the only mattress firm in the area that still offers layaway as a option, which is something you hardly see anymore on really good mattresses. Lois definitely knows her knowledge of the different types of mattresses to fit your needs and gives you plenty of options to choose from too. Additionally, due to the type of work I do she even was able to accommodate by staying open later so I may sign for my purchase and give me a awesome deal that beat other competitors in the area. She truly listens to the customer, has a great personality, and will do everything she can to honestly make your experience the best. Other notables is that mattress firm at this location expanded to broaden customers options to include furniture as well as the mattresses! I definitely recommend others to try here before other businesses if you really want to get your money’s worth and great experience with a smile! I will definitely be returning for future purchases!
