Fantastic! We had a great shopping experience today with a lovely, professional lady who was extremely knowledgeable! Pleasant and knowledgeable! Something lacking in too many places today. This lovely lady's name is Nancy Allen and I will absolutely send some customers her way!

Salesperson, Bill, gave me a friendly greeting as I entered. He listened when I explained why I was there. He immediately showed me the kind of mattress I wanted. The cost was a little high so then he showed me one very similar with a lower price. We quickly agreed on the price. There was no hassling which I truly appreciated. In one quick trip, I found good service, a good price, and a timely date for delivery. I enjoyed working with Bill. The whole experience was pleasant and efficient.

Walked into the Mattress Firm in N.Myrtle for a tempur-pedic mattress and adjustable base and had the most informative and enjoyable experience. Now, we had been in another Mattress Firm location and had nowhere near the positive experience we had at the N.Myrtle store. What was the difference you ask? Simple. Our sales person. Bill. He was incredibly knowledgeable, no pressure, and wonderfully pleasant to work with. Bill WAS ABSOLUTELY the reason we purchased today. I would definitely recommend him highly to any of our neighbors and friends who are looking. He exceeded, by far your rating system. The was just awesome.
