We needed to buy 4 twin size mattress, frames etc. We were greeted by Bill who was friendly. Along with his friendliness, Bill was also very professional and knowledgeable about the various products. He fully explained delivery set up and haul away to us. We are awaiting delivery and I am confident all will go well. It was a pleasure doing business with Mattress Experts. Few days later here is an update. I got my delivery and my wife wanted to add this to initial review. They called shortly before arrival which was nice. Complete professionalism of delivery men Grayson and James. Both were so accommodating and kind and must acknowledge that it is refreshing to meet two true southern gentlemen. I agreed and my wife wanted to write this about them. We will tell as many as possible of our wonderful and seamless experience with Mattress Experts!

My mattress needed replacing and my first stop. Brian helped us select the best option for us, based on complaints and man I can't rave enough!! Although they offer the 90 sleep promise, a replacement will not be necessary. Delivery was quick and professional. Highly recommend!! Thank you for the continued exceptional experience!!

Hands down, this is the BEST place to purchase your mattresses etc. Bryan is super knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely easy to deal with. He saved us hundreds of dollars & the mattresses were of very high quality. The delivery men were timely, polite, and even happily switched our current mattress to another room. This is why this business has been named the “Best On the Beach” for multiple consecutive years!

I was having trouble finding twin xl mattresses in stock in NMB. I saw a person dressed as a counting sheep out on the sidewalk and took a chance on Mattress Experts. Best decision ever!! I arrived 5 minutes after closing and Brian stayed open for me. Not only did they have the size I needed with multiple in-stock options, they were able to deliver off hours to accommodate my quick trip to the beach. They have the biggest in-stock inventory and the most amazing customer service!!

In an industry that is notoriously shady and expensive, Mattress Experts is doing it all right. The prices are what they are with no hidden fees. Plus, Mr. Bill gave me a $200 discount. I thought I’d be having to eat a purchase of $1,000+ but only paid just over $600 for a brand new queen mattress that I like! Thank y’all so much for what you do.
