He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences before recommending a few options. He even explained the different types of mattresses in a way that made it easy to understand, without overwhelming me with jargon. What I really appreciated was that Jeff didn’t try to upsell or push me towards the most expensive option. He genuinely cared about helping me find the right mattress for my budget and comfort level. After testing out a few options, I found the perfect one, and Jeff made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. View on GoogleGenuinely so disappointed with this company. We spent over $4,000 on a mattress from here and we were told we’d receive a call to set up a delivery time. We didn’t hear from them and tried to call the number they gave us, it didn’t work. Then we received an email it would be delivered today, and they just left it in our mail room even though it was supposed to be set up and they promised to take our old mattress away. This was how our $4,000 mattress was delivered.
