Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

Honestly, I’m pretty impressed with Raymour. Not only with the furniture quality, but the people working there, especially Bree(the store manager). We like quality furniture, and in our experience, Raymour’s furniture is definitely better than their local competitors. After we purchased a large quantity of furniture and had it delivered we discovered an issue with one of the bedroom pieces. Without going into too many details, there was an issue with one of the pieces “not being compatible”. Basically, what appeared to be an innocent oversight. Bree, the store manager, was absolutely fantastic correcting our issue. I work with a lot of different vendors, both professionally and personally, and I would rate their customer service 10/10. It felt like I was getting a VIP treatment, truly very pleasant to work with. Raymour has our business for life and I would absolutely recommend them to others. On a side note, to those still reading this review, you’ll probably be fine with whatever you purchase you make from Raymour as I do think our issue was a pretty rare situation. But, on the off chance there’s an issue with a purchase I would recommend speaking to Raymour employees like they are the neighbor that you like, rather than the neighbor you dislike. You might be surprised how you’re treated with this attitude.

I was very impressed by our salesman greeting us at the door showing us where the items of furniture we were looking for and not really hovering over us as we're walking around making decisions what we wanted to get. Gina was wonderful to work with. She didn't pressure me when I came in the first day. I took another day after checking some other stores before I ultimately came back and purchased the couch I had seen the day before. She then walked me through the purchase as well as getting me approved for no interest financing for 6 months. And the best part is I will get my couch just 4 days after the purchase. I feel like Raymour & Flanagin had the best inventory of what I was looking for. I will definitely purchase from them.

I've had great experiences at both Raymour & Flanigan locations I've been to. Most recently when I went to purchase the bed to finish off my daughter's bedroom set, Jerry was very helpful & wanted to make sure I got the best deal. I purchased the Kylie bedroom set - Queen bed, Children's Dresser, Desk & Vanity, Ottoman & Children's Nightstand. This bedroom set is absolutely beautiful & great quality. I've purchased each piece separately over the last 6 months & when it says "dust free", these pieces literally don't collect any dust, it's amazing. I highly recommend Raymour's furniture (my couch & living room end tables are from there as well) & will be purchasing myself a new bedroom set from there in the near future as well.

Easy and lovely experience shopping at Raymour & Flanigan. Gina was both knowledgeable and attentive. I felt listened to and guided to the perfect mattress for me. The entire experience was simple and I felt confident in my choice. Jon and Luis delivered and set up for me the next day. They were very careful and helpful in moving out my old mattress and installing the new one. Outstanding customer service!
