Store is closed had to call the number on the door just to find out that they won’t be delivering until after October 22 which is exactly 1 month from when I placed the order I cancel because they didn’t have the common courtesy call and tell me that after telling me that it was going to be 14 Days to deliver

Very helpful. Did there best to make things right when the unexpected happened. They could have said sorry about what happened during delivery, but they said let’s see what we can find out and fix it. We stayed positive and so did they. We have recommended others who were happy with their experience. We haven’t slept on the mattress yet but the communication and delivery was terrific! Also, they didn’t have the mattress I ordered in stock so Metro Mattress upgraded it at no extra cost! Thanks Brad, John, and the delivery team! ☺️

Being previous customers, we were fairly familiar with the sales process and Yong made it a quick, easy, and smooth transaction. Product knowledge is always pinnacle with me and he understood our concerns and our wants and gave us a good selection to choose from. I think we were in and out of there in 30 minutes, completely satisfied.

Chris, the manager was very, very knowledgeable. We learned a lot and I think because of the time he took explaining everything we made the right choice. We also came in 30 minutes before closing and we said we would just look around a couple minutes and come back tomorrow. He was not having that and worked hard to educate us. Thank you.
