Bill who I think is the owner helped us select a mattress. He was very patient and helpful as my wife and I have been having a difficult time finding the right firmness. We found a perfect mattress that was actually less then we thought we were going to have to spend. Your customer service is amazing! Thanks Bill!
View on GoogleBill is extremely helpful and nice, but this is the 2nd mattress I have had to buy in the last 8 years. I had the first one for 8 years, but it started sinking in after about 5 years and I just bought a 2nd mattress from here over the summer. It is a hybrid mattress. After the first week, it already had a permanent crease in it. Now, after 6 months, the crease it worse. Unfortunately, I notice he never offers an extended warranty because he has sold both mattresses to me as if they are floor models and discontinued. This mattress with the waterproof cover was about $900. I need to contact him about a manufacturer warranty.
View on GoogleThis month was my second time going to Mattress Express. I had a really smooth experience with them last time, several years ago, buying a mattress for my son. This time, we went in for an upgrade, and Bill was super helpful and knowledgeable. From the time we walked in to purchase, until the delivery (and pick up of his old mattress/box spring), Bill was wonderful. Genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I’m grateful to have a small business nearby that I can give my business to, with easy access to great customer service. My son loves his new mattress, too. High quality and he’s never been more comfy! Thank you!
View on GoogleAwesome. The service was incredible. Asked how much delivery and setup was. $20 for me? I lived close, but still... Competitively priced bedding for sure. We asked when it could be delivered. This was noon on a Saturday afternoon. We were told between 2 and 3 the same day! What? Really? By 2:30 PM they had come and gone, and the bed was set up and set to go. 5 stars all the way.

Bill the owner; more that hit the mark, informative and helpful without any pressure. Made my purchase and had it in my home in about an hour. Great service, great job.
