Mattress Firm University

I recently bought a new mattress from Mattress Firm on North Main St and had a great experience working with Assil. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the different beds and took the time to help me find the right one without making me feel pressured. He was patient, friendly, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. On top of that, he helped me get a great price. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a new mattress to go see Assil. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

I visited mattress firm twice. It’s in a very good location easy for me to shop at. I was waited on the first time by a woman and the second time by the manager both times they understood my budget and they also understood what I was looking for. Knowledgeable, flexible, and ready to serve. I’m very pleased with that dress I bought a Mattress, frame and pillow pillows . My mattress was 30 years old Sterns pastor now I have’ however I wouldn’t trade. I like a firm mattress in the understood that.

Samantha was incredibly helpful and accommodating!!! She steered my partner and I in the perfect direction and took the details into consideration, such as how we both sleep. She helped us find something perfectly within our budget and gave us our time to consult one another and her. Definitely try and work with her if you visit!

Great experience overall. We were helped by Assil, and he was genuinely patient, honest, and easy to work with. We had already gone to two other mattress stores, and everywhere else felt very pushy and focused on upselling. Assil actually took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us find the right mattress for us instead of trying to sell us the most expensive option. What surprised us the most was the price. We ended up getting the exact mattress we wanted for far less than we expected to pay. My wife was so happy she walked out of the store and gave me a high five. It honestly felt like one of the best shopping experiences we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend asking for Assil if you stop by.

I don't know where to begin. Anyway, I came into this store on N. Main St. Providence, RI, really to speak to a store associate I met like 3 months ago. We went over details on what bed I needed. Long story short. He no longer works at this store, but i believe God placed Samantha at this store just for me. She was an absolute BLESSING! She was kind, attentive, not pushy, but very knowledgeable and informative about the products at this store. Lets put it this way. I left with a motorized bed frame and a wonderful mattress. I was going to try out credit with partial payments. But her customer service was on another level, I just payed for my items in full. I am a electrician here in Rhode Island and I do heavy electrical projects. I also work with other construction trades. I will definitely recommend Matress Firm to them and will tell them to look for Samantha the sales rep.
