Sal's Furniture Co.

We have purchased furniture from Sal's since 1999.They sell different things that you may not see in other stores. The furniture is made of good quality, especially their Amish line, and their service is great. Just recently I had a manufacture's problem with one of my sofa cushions. We just built a new home and needed furniture for 3 bedrooms and a dining room. We originally had furniture on order at Jordan’s. that is until we went to Sal’s. We spent an entire afternoon there with Greg, the owner. It was such a great and fun experience that we ended up canceling our Jordan’s order and bought everything at Sal’s. There was no comparison for price and quality. Our Amish dining and primary bedroom sets are beyond reproach. Our 2 guest bedrooms are great quality and made in the USA. We couldn’t be happier with our purchases and working with Greg. He’s the best!!

The furniture swivel chair seems to be OK but the delivery men were terrible. We thought we bought a high end piece. Now, not so sure after the delivery big guy kept mouthing off. If not for the delivery unprofessional behavior, I would have given 5 stars. The big guy really smelled and stunk up the house. Besides that, he talked non stop trying to flip our house, just talk, talk, talk, and while he's carrying the chair with his son... he and his son are handymen (he says). The son stayed quiet looking like ashamed. It really smelled like this guy hadn't taken a shower in a year. He had no licenses, though he said he did, no business, and just a partner, Diaz, a realtor with just one star. Most all realtors have 5 stars. Alex and his son tried to flip our house. Unprofessional. He is delivering a piece of furniture but talked like he was here to sell my house with a few fixes and the Diaz realtor partner of his and will cost us nothing. Of course it does; they want to flip and take your equity. We have a realtor for all our real estate. It was bizarre... talked so much like a motor mouth, he never listened. We have our own contractors. We do not need his help. I had to walk with him outside and wait for him to leave while he talked in Spanish on his smart phone right in front or me and I understood what he was saying. Told him I know Spanish and they left.

Wonderful place to buy furniture. Greg, the owner, makes the experience fun and relaxing. Beautiful furniture that is well made. Great selection of solid wood. The showroom was clean and beautifully organized. The delivery process was smooth and on time. The furniture is high-quality and looks even better in my home. I couldn’t be happier—highly recommend this store to anyone looking for stylish, durable pieces!

I was referred to Sal's Furniture by my sister after I asked her where she bought that incredibly comfortable mattress I had just slept on. I was at Sal's Furniture within the week! The mattress was a Gold Bond Venice firm plush. I'd never heard of this mattress company but found out it's a 3rd generation company in Hartford Connecticut that's been around since 1899. I was greeted by Gregg and he made me feel comfortable right away and the best part.. I felt no pressure at all! By the time the deal was done I felt like we had been friends our whole lives. This is the kind of store that was around before all the big box stores took over and it's a must to visit if you're in the market for new furniture. I highly recommend Sal's Furniture store.
