My boyfriend & I had gone in to look at mattresses & were greatly impressed. Their sales associate Rachel was super helpful & very kind. She helped us pick out the perfect mattress, explained all the ways we can pay for our mattress, explained how everything will work with delivery & if we needed to have our old mattress removed. She was even helpful with expressing what mattresses they had on sale & when the sale would end. I had gone back later in the week to finalize everything & met Shelly (the owner) she was also very helpful & super nice as well! She helped me finish the process & everything was said & done in 10 minutes. When it came to delivery they had called us, dropped it off & had it done in all of 5 minutes. They were quick, clean & super nice. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about mattress express & would definitely go back & would recommend everyone!

Shelly and her team are fantastic! Love my new firm mattress and delivery was a breeze, Fast and friendly. Looking forward to many great nights of sleep on my new Sealy!!

Nick at the Mooresville store took plenty of time with my husband and myself. Even though the price is pretty standard for these mattresses, we thought Nick gave us a deal. They still reduced the price and three in two free pillows (worth $150.00 retail). Right now, with the supply of getting goods to the US, he told us that they were on a 3-4 week backorder. The mattress came in SOONER than we expected and the staff that came to set up the bed were very professional and courteous. We would buy from them again for sure. Great customer service from Nick. You can tell that he values his job and cares about people.
