Deceptive sales practices / Bait-and-Switch. I originally came in looking for a Tempur-Pedic but was talked into a deal by the salesperson. I tested a comfortable floor model (I believe it was the "Ovation") and agreed to buy the full size floor model set with the frame for $650. Sold. However, after two completely sleepless nights on a bed that felt like a brick, I checked the paperwork. They didn't sell me the floor model I tested; they secretly swapped it on the invoice for a completely different "Regency Sapphire Firm"—a mattress that is entirely unusable for a 300 lb side sleeper. When I went back to the store to get this illegitimate sale refunded, they refused and claimed they have an "exchange only" policy. The employee then called someone and proceeded to have an incredibly uncomfortable, 5+ minute phone conversation while completely ignoring me, until I finally had to just walk out. Showing a customer one comfortable model but invoicing them for an entirely different, rock-hard mattress is highly deceptive. I am waiting for corporate to contact me to resolve this unfair sale with a full refund.

If you're looking for a place to buy a mattress, this is it! I am so glad that I went here for my mattress. Rick Brink was such a great salesman. He is very helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy! He just made sure I got the right mattress for me. And today I just got it delivered. They were on time, professional and quick. So quick I didn't even catch their names! Thank you so much! Might be time for a nap...
