DJ was a fantastic salesman! Walked us through all the different options and spent a lot of time with us. He gave good suggestions and demonstrations without pressuring us. We walked out with a very nice bed and frame at a reasonable price. The delivery team was great too - arrived on time and were very respectful and professional. They got the bed and frame set up in no time and even took a couple minutes to walk me through all the features and made sure everything worked the way I expected it to. We are very happy with our purchase and experience and will definitely keep them in mind the next time we are in need of a bed! PS: Also, thank you DJ for reminding us that this bed would be way firmer when we first got it until we break it in like the ones at the showroom! He made sure we knew what to expect when we chose our winning mattress.

We recently had an outstanding experience with Mattress Firm and especially with Brenden. About a year ago, we purchased a mattress and over time noticed a hump developing across the middle. I went in to the store around two o'clock and Branden, a sleep expert greeted me. Let me say he was very informative and answered all my questions. Thank you sir as I feel comfortable with the purchase and hopefully even more comfortable tomorrow morning after sleeping on a new mattress! Get this, I was able to go pick up the new mattress a few hours later, before 5:00 pm on a Sunday. The warehouse is next to Carowinds.

DJ was amazing. He didn’t rush us through. He answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable to his product and he was very understanding to our needs. I would recommend the drive to Mooresville just because of the great customer service I got from him any mattress needs I need from now on I would come here.
