I was looking for a queen mattress, box springs, bed frame and nightstand. I had a general idea of what I wanted. Went in and showed a picture of my existing bedroom set (wasnt looking to replace everything) and was told that they had a match. Was shown the "matching" set and discussed how I did not want the footboard of the bed to be lower than the mattresses. Was told that I was buying exactly what was pictured and it was not lower than the mattresses in the picture also the color looked almost identical to what i had. Was also told by a friend that if I purchased from here delivery was free. Not true. 40.00 delivery and I am local. Was told that everything would be delivered at one time on Friday. On Friday right before our delivery time I was called and told that the bed frame would not be in until Monday. (Even though she told me she had it in stock). We get the night stand, bed and box springs Friday. I open the nightstand and it is a totally different color than what I purchased. (Keep in mind you can not return things). The bed frame was a nightmare to put together. All things considered.. you live and learn. Prices were decent compared to other stores in the area though.
View on GoogleWe bought a sectional on Monday 10/9. Linda told us that the sectional was in the warehouse and we would have our sectional delivered by the end of the week. We waited all day on Thursday 10/12 and called the store on Friday 10/13 at 10am, to hear a recording that said they were closed on Friday and Saturday. We called the store on Monday 10/16 and Linda said that our sectional would be delivered Monday or Tuesday. The part that really made us mad is that Linda didn't give us the courtesy of calling us to let us know that our sectional wouldn't be delivered on time. They had the time to record a message saying that their store was closed on Friday and Saturday. It would of just taken a few seconds for Linda to let us know that plans had changed. We didn't get our sectional delivered until 3:00 on Tuesday 10/17 afternoon. That is bad business!!! When we finally received our sectional we were happy with our purchase. We submitted a complaint on the Internet under the "contact us", but I doubt we will get a call back. We just expect a business to be of their word and if plans change, call us, out of common courtesy, and let us know!!!
