From the time we walked in and were greeted to the day of delivery was hands down the best mattress buying experience of my life. Old school feel of the Independent family owned business. Kindness. No pressure. Listened to what I needed and showed me an amazing deal on a sealy posturpedic king display. Got everything including head board out the door delivered for $1,400! They came and delivered and set it up. Looks great and the most comfortable bed I've ever had the pleasure of laying in. Highly recommend! Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank yous 🙏

Excellent customer service and fantastic pricing. Family owned which I always try to support. We did look at two other stores just for comparison. Mattress fair not only had the best price but also offered free delivery. Will definitely shop here again for our next mattress.

We had an issue with a faulty mattress, and the owners were fantastic to work with. They even offered us a floor model right away, but just a few days later we got a brand-new replacement and we were upgraded since our model was discontinued. Slept better the first night than we ever did before! If I could give 6 stars, I would. Outstanding service!

If you need a comfort warranty you won’t get it here. I bought a mattress, gave it two months to adjust and still cannot. Frank will not replace. He said he’d give me a discount on a new one, but that’s it. So, I’m out over a thousand dollars .if you buy from here make sure you’re certain of the mattress that’s right for you! Update: mattress Fair responded I should contact over a warranty issue! It’s not a warranty issue, it’s an uncomfortable mattress with no comfort policy ( which you can get at ANY other place that sells mattresses! The owner offered me a discount on a new mattress. I guess one man’s $1400 is another man’s dime!
