So happy to nhave stopped by to look at some furniture with my sister. We were greeted by Rami who greeted us with great energy. He allowed us to look at the furniture. Provided us different options. He was really personable and you can see how well the te gets along. The manager Kelly came over and introduced herself and spoke highly of Rami and also provided additional information that was most helpful. Not only did we buy furniture we will be coming back. The team here is professional, personable, and feels like family. This is the place to be!!!!!

Marilyn was literally amazing, we met her months before we decided to buy just window shopping. She was so sweet and attentive and had our best interest. We came back when we were ready. She listened and treated us like we were family. Customer service was also very helpful when we needed to switch some things! We will be coming back.

We tried every electric sofa on the showroom floor. Marilyn was so patient with us and encouraged us to take our time and did not rush us. She was with us every step of the way. She was wonderful and very helpful. She made our shopping experience wonderful! Words cannot express how happy we are with our new sofa!!

Kelly and Jonny were fantastic. Moved furniture around for us to get the complete look on how the coffee tables would look in front of the couch and if they would be in the way when the chairs were in a reclining position. Walked around with us to find a TV console that matched the entire family room set up for my parents. Delivery was very tight and they made it happen. A true pleasure to work with!

We had a wonderful experience at Raymour & Flanigan. We had already purchased a bed there before, and this time we bought a recliner. The lady who helped us was extremely kind, patient, and very helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything easy and comfortable, and we truly feel we made a great purchase. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience overall. Highly recommended!
