Mattress Firm Whitehall North

Mattress firm is an amazing company, and we are so appreciative of everything Pete did to make the purchase seamless and efficient and guided us in the right direction! We are so happy with our purchase!

This place is very bad, I tell you briefly that we bought two mattresses to take away we paid for it and then they said that there was no need to take home immediately what a delibery would do to which we decided to cancel one and wait for the other because that Monday they left the mattress where the garbage and objects are put in front of them despite the fact that the manager told them not to leave it there, because when we are going to claim they said here are the photos that we left him outside his house having a number of Apartment In the end we have had to pay an account of 688 dollars and without having the mattress, be very careful with them and their service so that it does not happen to them like us thanks and blessings 6/8/26 I see that my review has answered and it is easy for you to apologize as they did since day one when they charged me and then said excuse me is that we no longer have that mattress and I had to wait for a refund that still does not arrive, for You are easy to apologize without knowing as honest people like us, we work hard in this country to be able to have what we need and now we have to pay $688 without power because your employee should have informed us and said that the delivery is outside the building and believed that we would have gone to another store, we paid for it and took it home, we directly, as it was our desire, they should improve and I hope they will, because one day they will run into someone who, if they really charge, this one day. Injustice, thanks and blessings.

Jc was our Sales representative. He did an outstanding job of explaining all the details of the bed. We're so pleased with his professionalism and knowledge of the product. We're looking forward to our new comfortable bed. Thank you JC for I r everything! We hi the jackpot with his expertise.

J.C. was my sales rep, and talk about someone who cares for the customer... this man went above and beyond for me. There were a few hiccups on the delivery and warehouse side. But he never wavered and kept constant communication thru out. He earned a solid 5 star review

JC was very helpful and explained the process for choosing a bed that meets our needs and within our budget. Save yourself time visiting multiple different stores looking for a mattress (like we did) and just start there. No pressure. No games.
