I have shopped in this mattress, firm two or three times and they’ve always been so helpful and nice… They ended up offering me free delivery for my mom. I’m very easy to work with!! If you’re in the market for anything in the mattress room store, I suggest the one on Yale at 17th and Tulsa
View on GoogleWe had such a wonderful experience here. We originally purchased a purple mattress at the fair from mattress firm in 2022 we used a mattress protector that they sold us that they no longer carry due to issues with the protector and due to those issues our mattress started to fail. When trying to solve the issue the mattress protector company warranty gave us the run around and purple mattress warranty was also dismissive of our concerns and the fact that our mattress is no longer usable due to the protector failing and now we were just out a king size mattress. We called the store and spoke with the owner Michael Yelicht and he was able to work with us and we are exchanging our mattress for a new one. We went into the store today to address our concerns about our purple mattress because we weren’t confident that we wanted to go with purple still after our experience but after speaking with Amy we are excited for a current model of purple mattress and feel comfortable with our purchase after she kindly educated us about all the improvements to the current mattress that purple offers . We are so grateful for their help and understanding and will continue our patronage for all future mattress needs.
View on GoogleNick was AMAZING!!!!! No high pressure towards buying any model. He had me check out multiple mattresses to see what was Best for Me and I SOOOO Appreciate his patience and explaining the differences of each. In a time when one does not get much Customer Service anywhere, Nick made up for it! Nick and Mattress Firm Rocks!!! Thank You!!!
View on GoogleTodd and the other employee present (I wasn’t able to catch her name!) were both absolutely wonderful. They were very knowledgeable and amicable and did not pressure me in the slightest! Definitely the best location in tulsa to shop for a mattress/pillow/mattress topper etc… I went to about 5 different stores yesterday trying to find the best mattress for a good price and this mattress firm exceeded expectations in stock, customer service, and price!!!
View on GoogleI had a really smooth and easy experience. Jason the store manager was my salesman and he did an amazing job. Answered all my questions, let me take my time and showed me the difference between brands and also helped me with pillows. I’ve never bought fancy pillows so the help was welcomed lol. Also got me the best deal and saved me about $1000.00. I will be coming back and will also refer family and friends. 5/5 would highly recommend going here if your buying a mattress!
