Mattress Firm South Side

I recently bought a mattress and frame at Mattress Firm. The service was A+ and John was more than helpful by explaining how the Temper/Pedic worked, since I was changing from a traditional mattress and box spring. The bed was delivered and set up and my old set taken away. If you are looking for a new set, stop in and see John. They are located on Memorial next to Costco.

I visited this MattressFirm store a number of times over the last year. They were friendly but not pushy. They answered my questions and were upfront with the return policy and restocking fees. I’m very happy with my Purple mattress and their discounted price. Great store on S. Memorial!

Great selection of mattresses. So far, we love our Sealy Posturpedic firm mattress. It sleeps well, well made, and very heavy. Delivery was same day! Noah was extremely helpful in making our decision & took great care of us.

John has over a number of years sold about twenty mattresses. He has an indepthh knowlege of the product and efficiently articulates the details and benefits of the proffered sizes and models. Upon the decision to purchase, he quickly and completely organizes and prepares the applicable paper work. He coordinates the dates of delivery with our wishes. Importantly, he is always attentative to our service needs. For our future mattress needs, we will always seek out John.

Mattress Firm Tulsa really came through for us. After an issue with an adjustable base we purchased a couple of years ago, the manufacturer (not Mattress Firm) declined to provide a warranty replacement. Rather than leaving the customer stuck in the middle, the Mattress Firm team stepped in to help. Christian at the store was the first person to assist me when I needed to locate our original receipt so I could begin the warranty process. When the situation with the manufacturer became complicated, he made sure the issue was elevated to Area Manager, Noah Ferguson. From there, Noah and the store’s franchise owner, Michael, went far above what I would ever expect from a retailer. They ultimately replaced the base with a new adjustable base from a different manufacturer, arranged installation, and even removed the original unit — all at no cost. What impressed me most was their willingness to advocate for the customer and stand behind the experience long after the original purchase. Customer service like this is rare today, and it says a lot about the leadership and culture of this franchise. When we are ready for our next mattress or sleep solution, we will absolutely be returning to Mattress Firm in Tulsa.
