I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm. Jacob Ferguson helped me choose a mattress. This was my first time mattress shopping. Our previous mattress set the bar extremely low, however, Jacob helped me choose one in our budget, that suited our needs, and is a significant upgrade. I explained to Jacob that my husband and I are side sleepers and I have some lower back pain, he helped me pick out a great mattress with these things in mind. He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy. He was very polite and kind, opened the door for me, I had my newborn in a stroller with me, and even gave me advice on the best way to leave the parking lots in 5 o’clock traffic, which I was extremely grateful for. I would highly recommend coming in and talking with Jacob. It was very evident that he cares about his job, customers, and providing quality service.

Dereck at the 71st store was extremely accommodating from start to finish. We were greeted right away, and he even walked us to the door as we left, which was a really nice touch. I already had an idea of what I wanted, and Dereck took the time to show me several options that fit exactly what we were looking for.
