Salesman was very friendly & knowledgeable about the products he was representing. The delivery crew called me before they actually arrived. The delivery guys were extremely helpful & courteous. I would highly recommend the American Mattress Firm on Coors & I-40 to anyone looking for a great deal and a positive experience. I would definitely go there again!

I’ve been searching for a new mattress for the past few months off and on. I believe it’s been months, because the stores I’d been to so far, reps were not as helpful in getting to really learn and understand what I was looking for, but seemed to just show me options that were the most expensive and not aligned with what I informed I was looking for or what I need for my body and sleeping style/s. When I went to Mattress Firm for the first time (specifically located at 5211 Ouray Rd), I was promptly welcomed and taken care of attentively the entire time by Vincent. He was very kind, and especially helpful in showing and explaining in depth options aligned with what I was looking for. He provided such great options, that I was torn on choosing between 3 mattresses. Because he seemed to be invested in making sure I purchased a mattress I absolutely loved and could have long term, he informed of other options only available at another location for me to check out. When I went to the referred location, I found the mattress I wanted and that was one Vincent recommended. What I really appreciated was that information had already been conveyed by Vincent to another rep at this other location by the time I arrived, so I didn’t have to start from scratch with what I was looking for or feel pressured in working with another sales rep. It seemed Vincent and Zach worked together with this process to make sure I got what I needed and wanted. Overall, this experience was informative and supportive. Highly recommend you stop by this location and the Menaul location if you’re on your mattress hunt journey.

Vincent helped us out a little by providing great customer service. He asked us our needs and pointed us to the correct mattress. The delivery was great as well. The guys came and only within mins they took our old mattress. I world definitely recommend.

Enjoyed Rafael customer service helped us a lot. Explained about mattresses we were shown. Answered questions we had in mind. Gave us the try out times if we like or dislike item. And the delivery men were friendly, nice, and thanks for taking our old memories away 🤭 sorry didn't get their names. Nice job everyone THANK YOU 😊

Good quality My husband and I slept like a baby, and the delivery was great 👍. We highly recommend mattress firm to anyone who has a back problem or who wants to have a great night sleep and woke up fraish.
