Mattress Firm

Eric was extremely helpful and patiently explained our options. We ended up with a brand that we had originally dismissed as well as saved thousands of dollars! A good salesperson knows convincing a customer to buy something they don't need is a great way to lose a client. We will go back to Eric every time we need a mattress because we know he won't try to steer us to the most expensive model, instead he helps match you with the product that is best for your needs! 5 stars!!

Just want to give a shout out to Eric at the Albuquerque location on Academy… Outstanding customer service! Fantastic listener and problem solver- he really went over and above to solve the issue and we really appreciate all his efforts. If you go into that store, ask for Eric and you will get amazing customer service!

I entered the Mattress Firm store on Wyoming and Academy. Eric Dodd was the sales person that helped me. I was in a panic trying to purchase a new bed for my 97-year-old mother and of course at the last minute. He was very kind and patient with all my confusion. He gave me some very good tips about what would be best for her. He gave me the delivery date that I needed. The day it was supposed to be delivered I wasn't sure that a full size bed was going to fit in the room for her. Again, I was in a panic worried about it being the wrong size and me having to fly back to Denver. He told me that if the bed arrived and it did not fit, he would be able to get a twin to me by the end of the day. Where do you ever get service like that anymore? He did everything he could to make this work for me. I cannot thank Eric enough for going the extra mile to get through this last minute decision-making. Thank you, Eric when I need to purchase a mattress again I'm going straight there to Mattress Firm and have Eric help me. I would suggest that if you're looking for a mattress to go there to purchase. Be sure to look for Eric. Thanks Pam

My partner and I were looking for a new mattress and went into Mattress Firm on Academy and Wyoming. We worked with Eric, who explained the difference of mattresses and felt like Goldie Locks trying them all out. There was no sales pressure which was a plus, just information on each mattress. After half an hour we decided on the Stearns and Foster Lux Estate. A bit more than we anticipated to spend but the most comfortable, to us. The whole process was easy, efficient and Eric was extremely knowledgeable about all the products but more importantly, let us decide on what we wanted not what the store wanted to sell. A very comfortable experience with delivery offered the next day. As for delivery, the men were very cordial and efficient. All in all, dealing with Matresd Firm was an unexpected and pleasant experience and would highly recommend anyone looking for a mattress to go into the store and ask for Eric. RH and CB

Eric was amazing, very helpful and attentive! He made the whole process as smooth as possible! Answered all of our questions! Would recommend anyone to come to him! Tried to go to mattress by appointment and they were super unprofessional so we were a little nervous about going mattress shopping but Eric eased our minds and our shopping experience! Will tell our family and friends
