Mattress Firm Ambassador Crossing

We purchased a mattress today 3/8/2026 . Our first time ever purchasing one. And if we had our salesman again. I would be happy to purchase another one. He was so nice and understanding. Gave me and my husband plenty of time to talk it over and decide. Not pushy as some sales associates are. And made sure we got the best mattress to help my back and pocket book .He Answered all of our questions. Such a nice man . I wish I would of heard his name ( I am almost deaf) but I rate him a 10 out of 10!

We recently purchased a beauty rest king mattress from the Ambassador Crossing mattress firm location. Our salesperson, Ms. Barbara, was wonderful. We have been shopping for a mattress for a while now, including researching online and visiting multiple stores, which is extremely overwhelming, confusing, and frustrating, at times. When we walked into the store, Ms. Barbara helped us find exactly what we have been searching for. She is so knowledgeable of the products sold in her store. Just tell her what mattress you already have, dislikes, likes, and sleeping positions and she will lead you to the perfect product for You. She made the experience fun and easy. We had lots of laughs and great conversation.. it was really enjoyable compared to most mattress shopping trips, where I’m frustrated and wanting to pull my hair out. I went to both stores on Ambassador Caffery in Lafayette to try out mattresses. Both salesmen were very attentive to my needs and helped me determine which mattress might work best for me. I also like the added benefit of a trial period in case the one I chose doesn’t work out for myself and my husband.

My wife and I bought a mattress about a year ago from this location. We love the mattress. This review is not about it, but about their communication and information about the Mattress Firm Credit Card. We put the mattress on the card and were told that we could just pay the monthly payment. I'm now being told by Synchrony Bank that I was on a promotion, and am now being charged $700 ALL AT ONCE in interest, and my account has been closed. I NEVER signed up for this. I signed up to pay the minimum balance on the card every month. DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM HERE, THEIR COMMUNICATION IS NOT GOOD AND I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN.

Jon was my salesman and everything went absolutely perfectly! Answered all of my questions with confidence. And helped us make the best decision for my son's mattress. Will definitely go with him/them again!
