We went to this store because the reviews and because is near from our home, and what a surprise the reviews are right, Adam Cid was amazing, very knowledgeable about the products, very attentive, very respectful with our space, he guide us through the store until find the right matresd for us, price, quality and service what else you can add. I highly recommend this place if you arr looking for new mattress. And no doubt ask for Adam.

Excellent visit. Marc was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. We explained our situation with him and he immediately knew exactly what we needed. He was very easy to work with and did not try to upsell us. We purchased our new adjustable bed frame today and it is scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

Needed a vacation home mattress so we headed Mattress Firm to begin our shopping. Little did we know Shane would take such great care of us. Showing us not only what we wanted for our exact health and body needs but also what would not hurt our pockets. Thoughtful, caring and professional! I will never purchase anything else from Mattress Firm.These delivery drivers they contract out to is going to cost them to lose customers. The delivery driver was rude,obnoxious, and refused to take old mattress.Even though it said on the ticket to haul away old mattress with delivery of new one.These sales guys will promise you the moon and the stars to get the sale.And after that could care less about customer satisfaction. Never again deserves 0 stars.
