Ted was amazing. My partner and I stopped in to look at getting a new mattress, we have no clue really about what makes a good mattress vs a bad one. All we knew was the price point we wanted to pay, and I like firm and my partner likes medium. Ted was very informative and kind and walked us through everything. We walked away with our very first bed purchase as a couple. I’m so thankful we stopped in while Ted was working.

Bel was very helpful and took time to understand my sleep preferences and any issues I had. He guided us through different mattresses and encouraged me to try several until I found the right one. We went with one of the Purple beds. I never felt rushed, which made a big difference. Bel were also very clear about pricing, warranties, and delivery details, so there were no surprises. Checkout was quick. Overall, the experience was smooth and stress-free. I left feeling confident in my purchase and would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and quality products.

The customer service we got from Bel was truly beyond comparison. He was kind, patient, helpful. Our kids were running around at the store and he treated them with so much kindness. He’s also very responsive. I don’t like to write reviews, but Bel’s outstanding customer service is worth praising!

Bel is a great Customer Service rep, he took us round and explained each of the mattresses and we were able to make a suitable type. Looking forward to receive and enjoy the Mattress in our home.
