Dustin was great! Helpful and patient! Wonderful experience from start to delivery. Mattress shopping is a very personal intimate thing and the thought of going in person and talking to a stranger is daunting. But it was totally worth it. Dustin was so helpful and knowledgeable and it was not uncomfortable at all. He was there to help and there was no pushy upsell of any kind. He respected my budget and helped my find the perfect mattress. Delivery was all great. Love my new bed and pillow. Thank you! Go to this store, it was a very good experience. Highly recommend!!

When my wife and I arrived, Sales Rep Dustin met us and was very easy and knowledgeable to work with. He answered all of our questions while offering other features/services without being forceful or pushy. We decided on a mattress/adjustable frame combo and it was delivered the next day. Great experience and would recommend!

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm. I came in knowing what my dream mattress was, but also knowing it was out of my price range. Matt was awesome—he showed me several great options within my budget and made the whole process easy and low-pressure. Then he went a step further and remembered there was a floor model of the exact brand and type I really wanted—and it ended up fitting perfectly into my budget. That completely made my day. He was super cool, fun, and easy to work with. Overall, excellent customer service. Highly recommend this store—they truly have something for everyone and some great deals.

without a doubt the easiest and best experience of purchasing a bed. it’s a huge deal investing in a bed and so we’re thankful Kat was able to guide us into making the decision. She’s beyond exceptional at her job & passed along everything we needed to know for our huge purchase. Comparisons, types, price range options, the whole go she was wonderful and mindful of what we wanted.

I had to take a moment to leave a review because our experience at Mattress Firm was truly a blessing. We originally went to another furniture store and didn’t have the best experience. The salesperson there felt very pushy and the whole interaction just didn’t sit right with us. It honestly made the process stressful. Then we came to Mattress Firm—and met Dustin. From the very beginning, Dustin was patient, kind, and genuinely listened to what we needed. He didn’t rush us, didn’t pressure us, and made us feel completely comfortable. We spent a few hours there trying out different options, asking questions, and just talking. It didn’t feel like a sales experience—it felt like we were being helped by someone who truly cared. We ended up coming back later to finalize things, and even though he was busy, the level of service and respect never changed. That says a lot. What stood out the most was his demeanor—calm, respectful, and attentive. In a time where we’re going through a lot personally, that kind of kindness meant more than we can even express.
