I have yet to receive the couch/delivery we purchased so if it is any less than 5 stars I'll update this after 6/3. I just want to shout out the staff at Avon Bob's. I had stopped at probably 6 other stores that day and this was by far the best service. Dre helped me, and was fantastic. He greeted me, let me look around on my own, then like spidey sensed when I had a question and was there to help. I didn't feel pressured or crowded which is saying a lot for furniture shops. I had sort of soft landed on a product, then he showed me another at the same value with different strengths. I appreciate that, I felt very informed. I brought my husband back a few hours later and we purchased one of the options Dre had pointed out. If only every large purchase could have sales staff like the people at this store. Even the gentleman who helped us finish the sale (Dre had left for the day, I am so sorry I didn't note your name) was very knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I enjoyed the whole experience very much.Thank you all!

It is always a great pleasure to shop at Bob's Discount Furniture. They have very high grade furniture for a very affordable and fair price. The people that work there are always nice and treat you with upmost respect and like you're part of their family. I will always go back to Bob's and I would also recommend anyone who is looking for furniture to do the same. They have a very wide assortment and variety of furniture that you will find for your home. We have a living room set, a bedroom set and a kitchen set from them and it is all covered with a 5 year warranty. We have never had a problem with our furniture yet and we are very pleased with our selection.

We first met Dre in September 2025 and said we were just killing time before meeting up with friends and that we actually live in Florida. He said that was fine but continued to assist us. As life would have it we returned to Indiana, began building a house and returned to buy the furniture Dre had spent so much time telling us about. He is a polite and friendly professional and all around great guy. The whole team at the Avon IN location is great. We'll definitely come back in the future.

This morning around 9am I had my new dresser delivered by two men and they were so professional and very quick. No damages were made. This is the best place to have your furniture delivered. Excellent service!!!!!
