Satisfaction upon initial call. Salesman Chris answered several questions I had prior to going into the store. Once I arrived in the store He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of the various mattress I was interested in purchasing. He wasn’t pushy and allowed me to try a variety of mattresses in order for me to make the right decision. Once paid for he went over the receipt and explained timing of delivery and that delivery would be carried in and placed in requested room. He made my experience very easy and pleasant.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alex was so helpful in every aspect down to the delivery process. Stopped in on a Friday and it was delivered next day, with updates just as he had explained. He explained the product well, and even gave us some new information on it so we knew exactly what we were looking at & purchasing. On top of that he even made sure the best deal was given which was more than appreciated. Very thankful for the level of customer service received by Alex.

10/10 Service. Steve helped me picked the right bed for me. Made the process easy and fast. I have been getting some of the best sleep. The delivery guys was great. They introduced their self before even coming in and told me what they were here for. They used shoe covers. They set the bed up made sure it worked, made sure I could use it. Cleaned up all the trash and left. Fast and easy set up. The whole experience was great and great customer service. Will definitely be a returning customer.

The customer service was superb! Alex took his time to explain their products in detail, asking specific questions to assess our needs. He gave us many options and price ranges, not jumping st trying to push something high priced. He also applied every discount we qualified for. I would definitely recommend.

Chris was very personable, he made the experience a good one. He listened to what we both were looking for in a mattress. And also understood our price point. And his manager Alex was helpful as well.
