Mattress Firm Haverford

Buyer beware......Very unhappy with my experience so far. When Mattress Firm delivered my new mattress, they broke my Maitland Smith bed. Mattress Firm is using Diverse Logistics to handle the claim. They are requiring 2 written estimates for the repair, but the reputable local repair companies charge to prepare an estimate ($225-$275) and Diverse Logistics refuses to pay for the estimate and won't provide me with repair companies that will provide the estimate.

Mahogany helped us pick out a very comfortable mattress for us. She was very thorough and easy to work with. Thanks so much for all your help.

At first I was wasn’t sure how I felt when I was greeted within 10 seconds( I don’t go for that) but this adorable sales person said hello and welcomed me. Mahogany was her name. A true professional!

10/10 would recommend Alex if you're interested in purchasing a mattress. He was welcoming when we first walked in, and sincerely asked us how he could assist. In this sense, he wasn't overbearing and didn't come off as a traditional salesperson where you might often feel pressured. He let us look around, test out different options, and once we were ready he used his knowledge, experience and expertise to guide us to some options that fit what we were looking for and within our budget. We purchased an awesome king size bed that we absolutely love! He was truly a pleasure to work with and we would absolutely seek him out again for another purchase. Thank you Alex!!!!!

I knew what I wanted and Mahogany was super helpful and efficient in placing my order. The online ordering process was unhelpful and based on that unproductive experience I would never order from Mattress Firm. But in person in Haverford was a great experience.
