Mattress Firm Bel Air

Chad Monk at the Mattress Firm in Bel Air, Store #152047, was excellent to work with. He assisted us with our mattress exchange in a professional, friendly, and helpful way from start to finish. The process went much smoother than I expected. Our first mattress unfortunately failed, which was not Mattress Firm’s fault, but Chad and the team still stepped up and helped take care of the issue and get it replaced for us. I really appreciate the customer service and the way everything was handled. Highly recommend Chad and this Mattress Firm location. I would definitely do business with them again.

We had such a great experience working with Barb! She was kind, honest, and really took the time to understand what would work best for us. No pushy sales tactics, just helpful guidance and great customer service. We’re so happy with our new mattress and grateful for Barb’s help. Highly recommend!

Vlad had very good customer service and was attentive. He answered every question perfectly and was really respectful! Highly recommend. He was patient with us while deciding if we wanted to get a new mattress and helped with decision making and pricing.

Chad was an excellent salesman. We came in pretty unenthused, and left feeling understood and satisfied. He’s got an encyclopedic knowledge of the mattresses to the degree that he has them on a sliding soft-hard scale in his brain, and can say “I have a mattress that bridges the gap between the two you just tried” and be absolutely correct about that. He was friendly, personable, and not pushy or “sales-y” at all. He got us exactly what we wanted af a reasonable price point and didn’t try to push towards unnecessary expenses. Often times buying a mattress feels like the younger sibling of buying a car, but Chad made the experience enjoyable and worth our time. Thanks a lot!

Vlad was a great salesmen he answered our questions when needed and let us be without being pushy and following us around. Once we were ready he was there to make buying quick and easy.
