I had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm (the location by Panera Bread), and I cannot say enough good things about Pamela, who goes by Pam. She truly deserves a round of applause for her outstanding customer service. From the moment we walked in, Pam was welcoming, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to really listen to our needs and concerns instead of rushing us or pushing the most expensive options. She explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood the differences between mattresses so we could make the best decision for us — not just a quick sale. What stood out most was how genuine and patient she was. There was zero pressure, just honest guidance and thoughtful recommendations. Pam truly cares about her guests and wants them to leave confident and happy with their purchase. She made sure our business felt valued and worth it, which is something you don’t always experience these days. Huge thank you to Pam for going above and beyond. She was beyond wonderful, and because of her, we will absolutely be returning and recommending this location to others. Pam was so wonderful to work with!! She helped us find the perfect bed and perfect pillows. She made calls, got us deals, went above and beyond! She even helped us keep our kiddos content during the whole process🙌🏼

We came in to test out beds and planned on coming back at a later time, but we ended up having a great experience and left with a scheduled delivery! Carol walked us through each brand and was patience with us as we were deciding which mattress was the best. The checkout process was smooth, too. Pam and Carol are very friendly!
