So glad I stopped and Charles (Corey) was working. He was busywith another couple finishing up the sale but acknowledged me so I waited. He was kind, professional, helpful, friendly and found exactly what I was looking for. The store was neat, clean with good music and ample parking outside...even with a small Farmer's Market happening. Thank you Charles for all your help! I Brought a $3000 Sterns and Foster Cal King firm mattress in July 2025, because I wanted a good quality mattress for my back and side. After 4 months It started sagging filed a claim and they told me it’s normal intentions. My back says otherwise. There is no way a mattress this much such be leaving an intention after the bedding is made. You can clearly see the indention or a dip when the bed is made up. With everything else being cut back and made smaller, I feel as though the coils, gels etc. lack in quality and quantity which has not been fully fitted for a side sleeper as I was told by the salesmen. It should spring back into place once I am off the mattress. This saddens me that I have to live with a mattress that has a dip in the mattress. I shopped for months to get the best mattress and I chose Mattress Firm. Just beware of the quality of the mattress you purchase from them and watch for uncomfortable intentions that don’t spring back to normal after you are long out of the bed.
