Our salesman, Noel, was excellent. He went through all options. There wasn’t any pressure or push to buy. So appreciate their approach and knowledge of the brands they were selling.

The wife and I were looking for a mattress, of course. We had been to several stores, and I was about to give up, because I don't like pushy sales people . We went into Mattress firm and the manager, Isela Lindquist says can I help you. I say I'm just looking. She says, if you tell me what you are looking for, I will show you where it is and you can look all you want. We say we need a queen size mattress for a RV and a regular size will fit. She takes us over and showes us several mattresses. Then she says try them out , lay on them and find the one you like the best. If you got questions, I will be over there. Long story short, we got a very reasonable price on the mattress and a cover. I would go back to Mattress firm in Brownsville.

Isela was extramely helpful in assisting my wife and I find the perfect mattress. Isela and her team took the time to answer all our questions and encouraged us to take our time when trying to find our preferred comfort level. They even contacted the warehouse while we were there to ensure they had the mattress and accessories we were looking for.

I knew exactly what I wanted and the very nice manager wrote up the ticket. My mattress wasn't going to be ready for pickup until Dec 4 and she was so kind to offer me a loaner until mine camanager. I was very pleased with my selection and the awesome help I received from the manager. Thabk-you for Mattress Firm in Brownsville Tx
