This review is long over due! This was one of the best experiences I have had while mattress shopping. Although it didn't start great due to our prior choices, Spencer made sure that ultimately, my husband and I were both happy and well fitted with a mattress that suited us both. Spencer took the time to understand what we both needed after a mattress debacle that we had created. I am very grateful that we are both sleeping comfortable. Thank you Spencer and Mattress Firm!!
View on GoogleSalesman very informative, showed me variety of choices and explained differences, was not overbearing and answered all my questions patiently. Application for credit was easy and response was quick. The entire sell staff was friendly and engaging. There was also a good selection and variety of mattresses to choose from. Five stars all the way.
View on GoogleSpencer was very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions. He was not your typical pushy salesperson. He listened to my concerns and made the correct recommendations. I would definitely buy from him again.
View on GoogleI highly recommend shopping at this Mattress Firm if you are in search of a mattress. Spencer listened to my needs and then presented me with options within my price range. He gave me plenty of time to think about which mattress fit me and would help me get an optimum night's rest. May I suggest that you go in the door with a list of what your needs are and what type of sleeper will be using the bed. If Spencer isn't available, ask for Dennis. I listened to him help some other customers. He was so helpful and respectful of them and took his time with them as they shopped. It was a good experience and again, I would recommend shopping at this store for your mattress needs.
