Greg the manager was amazing! Went above and beyond! Amazing customer service! Was super patient with us helping decide what bed we wanted, showed us multiple options with multiple different payment plans he was super helpful! Thanks Greg!
View on GoogleThe staff member that assisted us (Greg) was fantastic, he has a strong understanding of the various options offered at the store and helped isolate mattresses that would meet our specific needs. We ended up with purchases that met our needs at a price that was exceptional. Can't recommend this location or Greg enough.
View on GoogleGreg was simply amazing! We stopped in last week to buy a mattress for my parents & he was very kind and knowledgeable. Overall great experience. Would recommend this location to everyone!
View on GoogleWe went into the Citrus Heights location to buy a mattress, and Dale was fantastic-friendly, enthusiastic, efficient, all without being overly pushy. We bought a cal king extra firm, which had to be special ordered, but we got a delivery date not too far down the road. The mattress was delivered right on time, all good, except: our bed is a king, not a cal king! It was my fault, I’m an idiot. The delivery guys took the mattress back in the truck, and I beat it back over to the store to fix my mess, expecting to have to pay for it (and accepting of that as my penance). Greg was at the store that time, and not only did he get everything fixed for me, he made me feel way better by saying that the cal king/king size mixup happens more often than you might think. Even if that isn’t true, it cheered me up. Even better, I didn’t have to pay a big financial penalty because I didn’t accept final delivery of the mattress. And Greg found a king size replacement in the warehouse and ordered it for delivery two days later. A miracle. These guys are great and you can’t go wrong in terms of customer service! I suspect the mattress will also be a winner.
