I would suggest Mattress Firm Outlet in Wisconsin Rapids to any and everyone!!! Mike was patient, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable!! I have a lot of physical issues from skeletal to multiple complicated nerve issues that make sleep difficult at best!! I had been sleeping on used mattresses for years and had recently been told by my Pain Specialist aswell as my Chiropractor that an actual NEW mattress was absolutely necessary! I had zero clues as to what type of mattress I needed or what firmness I should be using!! Mike ACTUALLY LISTENED to my needs!!! Together we found options in 3 price points from lowest to mid then high end! He also informed me of some great financing options offered by Mattress Firm and even though I didn’t qualify for them he gave me the quotes for the 3 options we had decided on!!! This is a HUGE deal because often when salespeople find out your financial situation(especially when less than optimal) they walk away from you entirely as if you waisted their time!! That is not the case with Mattress Firm and definitely not the case with Mike!!! His bosses should be extremely proud!! In my opinion he deserves a raise or at least a nice bonus!!! He actually listened and made me feel seen!! I will soon be the proud new owner of the Tempur Pedic LuxeBreeze mattress and the Tempur Ergo Pro Smart adjustable base!! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT MATTRESS FIRM OUTLET IN WISCONSIN RAPIDS OR ABOUT SLEEP EXPERT MIKE MILLER!! They have a customer for life!! Go check them out!!

View on GoogleI went in knowing what i wanted and Mike assisted along the way, answering my questions etc. I had been speaking to an online agent also, Robert, so he readily split sale with him. Excellent details, delivery time and comparable costs. I do recommend!
