Mattress Firm Clearance Center Grapevine Mills

I needed two mattresses asap for family and guests coming to town. I went to the store 45 min before closing and Daniel was amazing! He listened to what I needed, made great recommendations, answered all my questions, helped me get the best deal I could, and didn’t use any high pressure sales tactics (which I walk away from). He also stayed late to close the deal, set up immediate delivery and outlined several options in case what I purchased didn’t work for my family. 100% would buy here again and recommend Daniel to others. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with Remon when purchasing my Beautyrest Black mattress. His level of professionalism, product knowledge, and expertise was truly unbelievable. He took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between models, answered every question with confidence, and made sure I selected the mattress that best fit my needs—without any pressure. Remon was patient, courteous, and extremely attentive throughout the entire process. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Thanks to his guidance, I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and confident I made the right decision. If you’re in the market for a mattress, ask for Remon, he’s at the Grapevine location —you won’t be disappointed!

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm. Remon was very knowledgeable on the different brands of mattresses and what he recommended that would be most suitable for me. He gave me an excellent deal that I couldn’t pass. I highly recommend visiting Mattress Firm of Grapevine Mills for your needs to get a better night sleep. Thanks Remon

Excellent service. Sales person and manager worked very hard to make sure we were 200% satisfied. We had bought two medium firm beauty rest mattresses and they were too firm. They worked very hard to exchange those, give us a sale price that had recently expired, and did the exchange for 80% reduction over the standard restock fee. All in all a great experience. We won't be shopping anywhere else from now on for all mattress needs.

Remon took great care of us today! He offered personalized assistance throughout our visit in the store without applying sales pressure. We ended up purchasing a mattress that should immensely improve our sleep quality. Highly recommended this store.
