I’m at the elderly disabled man. I communicated ahead of time with an excellent associate, myspecific needs to have a bed compatible with a bed cane and it needed to be a firm mattress. My preference being an adjustible bed. At that point, I set up an appointment with him. When I arrived, I was so pleased to find that he had found a couple of mattresses that fit my needs well and in addition, he had researched bed, canes, and found one available on Amazon, which is perfect for this specific adjustable bed. This associate went above and beyond my expectations.

I worked with Jamine today and she was so incredibly helpful! She was able to answer all of my questions and made some really great suggestions. I wasnt expecting to make the purchase today but I ended up doing it today because im so excited for my new bed! Thank you so much again

Loved my experience with mattress firm. The sales people were very nice, weren't pushy at all. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured to buy a mattress however the prices were so good I did buy one and the whole process was quick and easy.

Corey did an amazing job at explaining the different mattresses and bases. He did not make us feel pressured at all which is seen often with sales associate's. Thank you Corey for making the process quick & easy we really appreciate it!!!!!

It was great. Ms Jasmin answered all iur questions. We ended up buy 2 mattress sets. They are going to be delivered and j stalled tomorrow. Perfect timing. This is an update unfortunately my mattress was not delivered as promised. I waited 2 hours past when it was supposed to be delivered. No phone call or any contact from company.
