Even though I was the only person in the store at the time I received a professional experience while there. I have purchased many mattresses from Mattress Firm I always go back because of the experiences I get. They understand what customer service is all about. Until customer service changes for the worse I will continue buying from there. I felt really bad for the employee because the iPads weren’t working and it wasn’t his fault. I will return for my next purchase.

I went into this location about 2 weeks ago. I went in to buy a new mattress but couldn't have it delivered that day so I seen the boxed mattress AND when I tell it was the best choice it most definitely was. The man whonruns the store was very polite and professional and was even able to give me the box mattress at the 4th of July sale price. If you've been considering a new mattress PLEASE do your self a favor and visit this location. You won't be disappointed.
